Where are my tickets?

1. Please check your email junk and spam folders

Looking in your email junk/spam folder is a quick, simple check that will hopefully fix the problem. However if this does not solve the issue then please contact us.

2. Still have a big problem?

If something is still wrong then please contact us.

My Tickets are lost or stolen!

If you have lost your tickets or your tickets have been stolen then let us know and we’ll reset and reissue your tickets. The initial tickets will be automatically voided and we’ll send your new tickets by email.

We make sure that only you can use your ticket and that’s also why we ask you bring ID to the event.

My tickets won't print

Please contact us using our contact form.

Errors show up when i try to buy tickets?

If you see error messages while buying tickets or during checkout then please contact us so we can investigate further.
