Order Fulfillment

Our commitment to you as the agent for the sale of any ticket is that we will email the pdf e-ticket purchased by you to the email address entered by you at the time of sale.

Where the sale is for a physical product then we will either deliver the items purchase to the shipping address entered at the time of sale or provide the items ready for pickup at the event venue or other nominated pickup or access location.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

If the date, time or venue for any scheduled event is changed your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date, time or venue.

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the Event Organiser due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff, audience or artist. If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be determined by the Event Organiser. The Event Organiser will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund and/or exchange if applicable.

In the case of a refund, you will be refunded the face value of the ticket less the booking fee unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Refunds and Exchanges

Normally products and event tickets are sold on a strict no refund or exchange basis.

As Big Tix acts as the agent we can only refund and exchange tickets in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Any refund that may be made available can only processed in the same way in which the ticket was purchased. In the case of a credit card payment then the return of funds to you card may take up to 7 days.
